Joe has broad operational, financial, administrative, and general management experience with public and private companies, and extensive knowledge in business development, mergers and acquisition, accounting, financing, investor relations and strategic partnership. Joe's experience is concentrated in medical devices, intellectual property, research and development, growing a worldwide distribution network, and obtaining first of a kind FDA clearances.
