Paul Antonellis, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of Institutional Planning & Assessment and the Director of Assessment and Special Projects at Endicott College since November 2019, playing a key role in the assessment and reporting of student learning outcomes and chairing the Institutional Assessment Committee. Previous positions include full-time Professor at Merrimack College in the School of Business, and Faculty Director of Undergraduate Business Programs at Granite State College, among other academic roles. Paul Antonellis has extensive experience in curriculum development and program coordination across various institutions, including Southern New Hampshire University, Anna Maria College, and Empire State College. Prior to academia, Paul Antonellis held administrative and operational roles in public safety, including Fire Chief and Firefighter-EMT. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University and advanced degrees in Labor and Policy and Fire Service Administration from SUNY Empire State College.
