Ngoc Tran Tang, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong focus on diversity and talent consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Diversity Talent Consultant at Harvard University since March 2020, Ngoc previously held the role of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Harvard Law School from October 2015 to March 2020 and participated in the Administrative Fellows Program as a Resident Fellow at Harvard University between September 2018 and June 2019. Ngoc's prior experience includes roles at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an HR Administrator, and at Bain & Company in various human capital positions. Earlier career stages included legal and human resources roles at Boston Medical Center and a position as an Assistant Paralegal at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy. Ngoc received education from Bryn Mawr College, as well as studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université Paris Nanterre.
