Israel Catz is the current Product Advisor at Endex App. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director at Lee Pesky Learning Center from July 2017 to June 2018. Israel was also a Senior Education Consultant at PIVOT from July 2016 to January 2020.

Catz has also worked as an Education Consultant at Ministère de l'éducation nationale du Sénégal from January 2016 to June 2016, and as a Student Consultant at UNICEF India from September 2015 to December 2015.

From July 2012 to August 2013, they were the Regional Representative of Business Development at Cervilenz Inc. And from October 2010 to January 2012, they served as the Co-Founder and Executive Director at Antanosy Aid Association.

Catz began their career as an Education Volunteer with the Peace Corps from July 2010 to January 2012. Israel then went on to teach at Riverstone International School from August 2013 to August 2015, before becoming the school's Director of Service Learning. Israel also taught at Riverstone International School from August 2009 to April 2010.

Israel Catz has an EdLD from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, a Master's in International Education Policy from Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Art from Middlebury College.

Israel Catz reports to Brittany Wright, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Geoff Blaisdell - CTO, Alex Zhang - Technical Advisor, and Kevin Loo - CFO & Co-Founder.
