Tyler Southgate has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Tyler started their career in 1988 as a Paste-up Artist at R&M Printing, where they were responsible for dark room work and paper pate-up. Tyler then moved on to Exel print in 1990, where they worked as a Colour Planner, manually preparing pre-press separation films. In 1991, Tyler joined Phoenix Tees as a Production Manager and Textile Printer.

In 1996, Tyler started working at Tempted Computers as a Market Manager, Designer, and Hardware Consultant. Tyler played a crucial role in designing advertising and company promotional material and gained expertise in computer-aided design and web authoring. After working at Tempted, Tyler joined FLOvate Workflow Technologies in 1998 as a Web Developer. Tyler was responsible for the entire internet project life cycle, from back-end coding to front-end usability.

In 2004, Tyler became Creative Lead at Austal Group, working with a Java/J2EE development team and focusing on front-end design and implementation. Tyler collaborated with international clients and contributed to the company's usability ethics. Tyler later joined Scripps Networks in 2005 as a Web Consultant, working within a global development team to deliver content-driven media solutions for various properties.

From 2014 to 2016, Tyler worked as a Web Developer at Ma Foi Strategic Consultants Pvt Ltd. Tyler then joined Endera Systems in 2016 as a UI Developer, where they worked remotely to deliver user interfaces using a range of technologies. Tyler's responsibilities included taking initial design concepts to finished products and collaborating with a team of back-end developers.

Most recently, in 2021, Tyler joined Holland & Barrett as a Senior Engineer. Overall, Tyler's work experience showcases their expertise in web development, design, usability, and collaboration within diverse teams.

Tyler Southgate attended Kesgrave High School from 1981 to 1986, where they completed their GCSE qualification. After completing high school, they went on to attend Suffolk College in Ipswich, England from 1987 to 1989. At Suffolk College, Tyler pursued a BA in Art and Design with a focus on Graphic Design.
