Ricci Lynn Cofinco currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Endemol Shine North America, a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Unscripted Development Coordinator at Religion of Sports from September 2022 to September 2023 and Assistant to Non-Scripted TV Partner Agent at WME from September 2021 to September 2022. Ricci has also worked as an Original Programming Intern at Starz for a brief period in mid-2021 and completed an internship with Women in Film from January to May 2021. Additionally, Ricci held positions at In-N-Out Burger as an Associate from September 2017 to May 2021 and was an Operations Intern at the House of Blues Music Forward Foundation from September to December 2020. Educationally, Ricci earned a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies with a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media from UCLA.
