David Jackson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. David started their career as a Visual Merchandiser at MYER in 1984 and later became a Display Artist at Inspired Designs from 1987 to 1991. In 1988, they were a founding member and Keyboard Player for the band Yeah Yeah! until 1996. Concurrently, from 1988 to 1998, they also served as the Creative Director at Band-O-Matic. In 1991, they joined Crack-a-Jack Studios as a Production Designer, where they worked on projects from concept to completion. In 2001, they became a Musician at Area-7. More recently, in 2015, they joined Endemol Shine Australia as a member of the Art Department, with roles that extended into 2016. Their most recent role is with Werner Film Productions as part of The Newsreader 2 Series Art Department, starting in July 2022 and ending in September 2022.
David Jackson attended Melbourne College of Decoration from 1982 to 1983. David pursued a degree in Promotional Display & Visual Merchandising, focusing on Design and Applied Arts.
