Rachael Paludetto has a strong background in organizational development, diversity management, and inclusive culture consultation. Rachael has held various roles in different companies, starting with AAco where they worked as a receptionist and administration assistant before becoming a personal assistant to the General Manager. Rachael then worked as an executive assistant to the Managing Director at Redwood Capital Group and the Development Manager at vanriet. At QSuper Limited, Rachael served as an executive assistant to the General Manager of Human Resources. Rachael continued their career at CUA - Credit Union Australia Limited, initially as an executive assistant and eventually transitioning into the role of an organizational development advisor. Rachael then joined Auto & General, where they worked as a consultant and consultant for culture and diversity. Most recently, they held the position of Organizational Development & Diversity Manager at Icon Group. Rachael's expertise lies in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives and fostering inclusive cultures. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Culture and Inclusion at Endeavour Foundation.
Rachael Paludetto obtained a BSB41007 Certificate IV in Human Resources from the Australian HR Institute in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Business at the Brisbane North Institute of TAFE from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the MATE Bystander Facilitator from the MATE Bystander Program in April 2023 and the Pride in Diversity's Endorsed LGBTQ Trainer Program from Pride in Diversity in December 2020. Rachael also holds a certification as a Herrmann HBDI Certified Practitioner from Herrmann, although the specific month and year of obtaining it are unknown.
