Zsolt Csonka is a Research and Development Engineer at Flowcopter LTD, where current work involves completing an industry-leading MEng thesis and contributing to the development of commercial heavy-lift drones. With previous roles at Flowcopter, Zsolt has gained extensive experience in R&D for both quadrocopters and heavy-lift models. At endeavour, Zsolt serves as a Senior Member, focusing on machining components and providing mechanical design and project management advice, alongside leading the Structures Team for the Darwin III supersonic rocket. Educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a Matura from ELTE Radnóti Miklós Secondary School. Additionally, Zsolt held the position of Vice President for the UoE Hungarian Society and completed a technical services internship at The University of Edinburgh.
