Joe Martin is an experienced drilling engineering professional currently serving as the Drilling Engineering Manager at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP since January 2020. Prior to this role, Joe held several engineering and supervisory positions at Devon Energy from May 2008 to December 2019, including Operations Data Management Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading a multi-disciplined data management team and automating drilling KPIs. Joe also supervised drilling engineers in the Powder River and Delaware Basins, managing rig operations and gaining extensive technical experience in various formations. Joe began a career in petroleum engineering after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2008.
