Peter Flanigan is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as a Senior Attorney at Feig Finkel LLP since September 2024. Previously, Flanigan held the position of Vice President, Counsel at FIFTH SEASON from September 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included negotiating development and production deals for various projects. Flanigan also worked as Senior Counsel at Paramount Pictures, focusing on agreements for live-action and animated films. Earlier roles include Senior Associate at Eric Feig Entertainment & Media Law, Inc., and Associate at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson, LLP. Flanigan began a legal career in 2004 and has represented a wide array of clients including producers, writers, and directors across multiple firms, developing a strong foundation in entertainment law through negotiation and drafting of key agreements.
