Matt N. serves as Vice President of Facilities & Real Estate for EMEA at Endeavor since November 2022, overseeing business operations across 17 countries with a focus on real estate, design, construction, facilities management, and sustainability. Prior to this role, Matt N. was a Senior Manager at ServiceNow responsible for Workplace Services across various countries in EMEA. Prior experiences include leading workplace operations at Bloomberg LP, where significant sustainable office spaces were developed, and managing UK&I real estate at Medidata Solutions. Additional roles include Head of Facilities Management at Alpari (UK) Ltd and Building Manager for Prudential Assurance. Matt N. holds an MBA from the University of South Wales and completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Matt N. is actively involved in corporate social responsibility and has served as a Non-Executive Board Member for Hammersmith BID.
