Hicham Ghossein, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional in advanced composites manufacturing and materials engineering, currently serving as CEO, President, and Founder of Endeavor Composites, Inc. since June 2019. With extensive experience ranging from Innovator Fellow at Innovation Crossroads to Senior Research Engineer at Johns Manville, Ghossein has conducted significant research in composite fabrication and innovative applications of materials. Ghossein's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and multiple master's degrees in Materials Engineering and Physics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
