Russell Richey has extensive work experience in the field of market research and insights. Russell is currently working as a Research Director at Endeavor Business Media since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Client Relationships and Insights at New South Research in 2020.

From 2018 to 2020, Russell worked at Jack's Family Restaurants, LP as a Consumer Insights/BI Analyst. Prior to that, Russell worked at Wilhite-Richey Research and Consulting as a Principal from 2002 to 2006. Russell also worked at 365 Inc. as a Marketing Manager from 2000 to 2002, where they launched and managed digital content and e-commerce initiatives.

Russell's early career includes working as a Corporate Marketing Research Analyst at WMU from 1997 to 2000 and as a Senior Research Analyst at New South Research from 1992 to 1996. In these roles, they conducted various research projects for different industries, including healthcare, public utilities, CPG, and B2B clients.

Russell Richey completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Wesleyan University between 1984 and 1988. Russell then pursued Cultural Anthropology at the University of Alabama, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, focusing on Cultural Anthropology. In addition to their studies in the United States, Russell Richey enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London in 1987 to pursue Art History and International Relations.
