Guilherme Camargo serves as the Head of Search and Selection at Endeavor Brasil since April 2019, where responsibilities include analyzing the startup market to identify trends and assess the growth potential of companies. Previously, Guilherme held roles as Sr. Coordinator and Coordinator for the Scale-Up Program at Endeavor Brasil, along with experience as an Account Manager and Intern at Tereos. Involved in the Junior Enterprise Movement as a leader with Brasil Júnior from 2014 to 2018, Guilherme holds a degree in Engenharia Química from Universidade Estadual de Maringá and has completed additional education in Private Equity & Venture Capital at Insper and Digital Product Leadership at Tera.
