Sharon O’Brien Battis, SPHR-SCP, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Project Management at Endeavor Air, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Cemstone from June 2016 to September 2021 and Senior Leader of Human Resources at Alliance Bank from March 2011 to June 2016, where responsibilities encompassed HR services, policies, and programs. Additionally, Sharon held positions such as HR Project Manager at Compass Airlines and HR Manager at Delta Air Lines and Northwest Airlines, focusing on various aspects of human resources management, including employee relations, labor contract administration, and recruiting. Educationally, Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts in Individualized Studies from the University of Minnesota and holds a high school diploma from Burnsville Sr High School.
