Russ Elander is the VP of Operations at Endeavor Air. Russ has over 20 years of experience in the airline industry, starting as Managing Director Field Services at American Airlines / American Eagle. In 1996 they played a key role in the start up of Corporate Airlines as the Managing Director. After a short stint there, they became Vice President Customer Service at Midway Airlines until the company ceased operations in 2002. Russ then took on the role of Director of People at Waffle House Inc. until 2004 when they joined Endeavor Air.

They are on a team with Brian Darsow - VP, Finance & Supply Chain, Patty Allen - VP, Inflight Services, and Jay Furnish - VP, Network & Crew Resources. Their manager is David Garrison, CEO.
