Mike Krolnik is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in data, digital platforms, and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as Global SVP of AI and Agentic Architecture at Endava since September 2022, Krolnik previously held the position of Head of Data & Digital Platforms at AXA XL from December 2019 to September 2022. Krolnik's career includes significant roles at State Street as Managing Director of Enterprise Data Services, RBC in various senior director positions focusing on enterprise cloud and engineering, and CME Group as Chief Technology Officer of Credit Market Analysis. Earlier roles include Chief Architect at Agilisys, Senior Consultant at Spherion Group, and Development positions at SumTotal Systems, Boston Market, and Follett Software. Krolnik earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
