Patrick Marfaing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial management and operations. Currently serving as Directeur at FRADING - Peintures Maestria since August 2021 and Directeur industriel at ENCRES DUBUIT from June 2018, Patrick has demonstrated leadership in defining industrial strategies across multiple regions, including Vietnam, while implementing Lean production methods and promoting team values focused on respect, well-being, and safety. Prior roles include Directeur industriel at Groupe V33, where substantial investments and productivity gains were achieved, and various key positions at ICI Paints and other prominent companies, showcasing a long-standing commitment to innovation, quality assurance, and operational excellence.
