Thomas Stark has over three decades of work experience in the insurance industry, holding various leadership positions. Most recently, they served as the Regional Vice President for Commercial Lines at Encova Insurance. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Regional Underwriting Officer at Zenith Insurance Company (United States). Thomas has also worked at Nationwide, UPMC WorkPartners, BCS Financial Corporation, Headwaters Project, LLC, Acadia Insurance Company, American Workers Assurance, and EBI Companies in roles such as Workers' Compensation Independent Consultant, Underwriting Technical Director, Vice President Marketing, Vice President & General Manager, and Senior Vice President. Thomas has extensive expertise in areas such as market analysis, strategy development, branding, advertising, sales management, and risk management.

Thomas Stark has a degree in Psychology from Temple University and has also studied Counseling and IO Psychology at La Salle University.
