Sian Boggess, RN, CCM, CDMS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nursing and case management. Currently, Sian serves as a Senior Technical Analyst and Director of Workers' Compensation Claims at Encova Insurance, a position held since December 2011. Prior to this role, Sian worked as a Medical Case Manager at Travelers from May 2008 to December 2011. Earlier career experiences include positions at Wells Fargo as an Operations Coordinator and Nurse Case Manager from April 2003 to May 2008, and at Quality Rehabilitation Services as a Nurse Case Manager and Case Management Supervisor from April 2000 to April 2003. Sian completed education at the University of Charleston from 1996 to 1999.
