Ulviyya Huseynova has extensive experience in civil and structural engineering, currently serving as the Head of Civil/Structural and CAD/CAE Departments at ENCOTEC since August 2007. Ulviyya has held various roles at ENCOTEC, including CAD-CAE Department Manager and Senior Structural Engineer, as well as Software Manager and Structural Engineer. Prior to this, Ulviyya worked as a Design Engineer at BEC Ltd. from March 2004 to July 2007.
