Matt White has a diverse work experience in multiple roles and industries.
Matt began their career at Vertex Body Sciences Inc. in 2010 as an Inside Sales/Customer Support Supervisor. During their time there, they implemented an optimized workflow system that resulted in a 30% reduction in the order fulfillment process. Matt was later promoted to Customer Service Representative, where they handled incoming phone orders and resolved customer issues.
In 2013, Matt joined Hanjin Shipping as a Booking Associate. Matt provided customer service support to clients in the Southeastern United States, managing high volumes of phone calls, emails, and web inquiries. Matt also ensured that orders met international shipping standards and regulations for approximately 100 different countries.
From 2013 to 2016, they worked at CBTS as a Project Manager. In this role, Matt provided direction and management for build projects within the GE infrastructure across various business units worldwide. Matt successfully ran and organized over 175 short-term projects.
In 2017, they joined American Electric Power as a Telecommunications Project Manager. Matt held this role until 2022, overseeing telecommunications projects within the company.
Currently, Matt is working as a Senior Project Manager at Encore Technologies, starting in March 2022.
From 2007 to 2012, Matt White attended Capital University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Management (B.A.).
