Steve Downing is an experienced professional in operations and delivery management, currently serving as the Group Operations Manager & Head of Delivery at Encore Media Group since March 2022. In this role, Steve leads the digital delivery and operations across Encore's core brands, including TechEx Events and TechForge Media. Prior to this, Steve held various roles such as Events Operations Manager at TechForge Media and Global Community Relations & Delivery Manager at CMC Summits. With a strong background in recruitment and project management, including experience at Dean Healthcare and GDS Group, Steve has managed significant teams and projects, consistently delivering high-performance results. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Law from the University of the West of England, which complements a robust professional foundation.
