Craig Leonard, RHIT, has extensive experience in customer service and coaching, currently working part-time as a Customer Service Representative at Speedway LLC since May 2014. Additionally, Craig has been a Press Assistant at The Printing Plant since May 2013, focusing on quality assurance and operational efficiency. Craig's coaching career spans over 30 years, including positions as Head Swimming Coach at Miami Valley Aquatic Club, the Northern Kentucky Clippers, and the Cincinnati Marlins, where responsibilities included training athletes, designing workouts, and club management. Craig holds an Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology from DeVry University, completed in 2014.
