Avi Satt serves as the Chief Executive Officer at ENCORE HEALTHCARE SERVICES since May 2023. Previously, Avi co-founded Allegria Senior Living and held the role of President from January 2015 to May 2023. Additionally, Avi was the President of Sage Healthcare Partners from October 2014 to May 2023 and served as the Chief Operating Officer at Long Beach Assisted Living for a brief period in 2014. Earlier experience includes the position of Administrator/Executive Director at Birchwood Suites and Director at Sutton Gardens Senior Living. Avi Satt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Farleigh Dickinson University along with an MCS degree.
