Karen Schepman is an experienced professional with a strong background in service delivery management. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Encore Fire Protection since August 2021, Karen previously held similar roles at SIGNET Electronic Systems, Inc, from December 2015 to August 2021, where also worked as a Team Supervisor. Additionally, Karen has a decade of experience as an Executive Assistant at Sun Microsystems from 1998 to 2010. Karen is an alumnus of Assumption University.
