Erica Mastropiero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Encore Fire Protection since October 2018, Erica manages existing accounts, oversees contract renewals, and adds services to test and inspection contracts. Previously, Erica worked as an Administrative Assistant at Rosenberg Orthodontics and as a Registered Dental Hygienist at The Dental Center and Dr. Douglas Hope. Additionally, Erica gained valuable customer service skills as waitstaff at Dish n' Dat. Erica holds an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from Tunxis Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Central Connecticut State University.
