With extensive experience spanning nearly two decades, Jenna has previously held roles as Talent Development Business Partner at National Instruments and various positions at Capital One, including Leadership Learning Manager & Facilitation Practice Lead. At National Instruments, Jenna designed and implemented career mobility strategies and consulted on organizational talent needs.
