Nichola Heraty Assoc CIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager and HR Service Centre Team Leader at Encon Insulation & Nevill Long since April 2020. Prior experience includes HR Manager roles at CBT Clinics from August 2019 to April 2020, as well as at YorkTest Laboratories from July 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included HR support. Nichola began a career in HR as Assistant Manager at French Connection from May 2008 to July 2015. Academically, Nichola holds a Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management obtained between 2016 and 2017 and is currently pursuing Level 7 qualification in Strategic Human Resource Management, expected to be completed in 2024.
