Rana Khalil is an experienced professional in monitoring and evaluation, currently serving as Chief of Party at EnCompass LLC since January 2024. Previously, Rana held the position of Deputy Chief of Party at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. from February 2023 to January 2024, and worked as Team Leader at Tetra Tech Europe for a brief period. Rana has extensive experience in monitoring EU-funded projects, including as Senior Monitoring Expert with Particip GmbH, and has a solid background with USAID projects through various roles at International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities included coordinating site visits and managing monitoring teams. Rana's earlier freelance work encompassed a broad range of sectors such as humanitarian assistance and governance.
