Laura Villegas is currently the Collaborating, Learning and Adapting (CLA) Lead at EnCompass LLC for the USAID El Salvador Monitoring, Evaluating and Learning Activity. Laura has previous experience as a CLA Advisor at Save the Children US and a Learning Advisor at USAID Guatemala. Laura also has a background in education as a Project Management Specialist for Universidad Rafael Landivar and as a Senior basic education specialist. Additionally, Laura has experience in coordinating country programs and conducting consultancy work for various organizations focused on human rights and democratic practices in Guatemala and other countries. Laura holds a Master's Degree in Development and a degree in Psychology.
