Marks Bogdanovs serves as MCR Manager at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. since July 2017, overseeing departments and managing performance analysis, policy creation, and process optimization. Previously held roles at the company include Continuous Improvement Manager, Training Manager, Change Project Manager, and various managerial positions in live operations. In addition to digital media, Marks holds coaching positions with the Latvian Football Federation, including Goalkeeper Coach for the Women’s National Team, and has experience in sports broadcasting as a football commentator and replay operator for major sports networks. Education qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and multiple coaching certifications.
