Steven P. Hall, ChFC, CLU, is a seasoned sales and training professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Regional Sales Manager for Encompass Insurance since October 2019, Steven leads a team focused on generating growth and increasing market share in the New England Zone. Previous roles include Financial Services Coach, Agency Distribution Manager at Farmers Insurance where 54 standalone agencies were successfully deployed in Connecticut, and various leadership positions at MassMutual Financial Group. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Southern Maine and has earned designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College of Financial Services.
