Gretchen Guaglianone is currently working as the Mass Spectrometry Core Lead at Encodia. Prior to this role, they served as the UCI Mass Spectrometry Innovation Fellow at UC Irvine Department of Chemistry. Gretchen has a background in chemistry with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from UC Irvine and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from UCLA. During their career, they have worked on various projects in different companies such as GlaxoSmithKline Pharma GmbH, Sanofi Pasteur, and Clinlogix, acquiring skills in data analysis, research, and project management.
