With curtainwall industry experience dating back to 1984 – three decades plus at Enclos – Padgett possesses a wealth of field and safety knowledge. Initially introduced to the industry during his time as a journeyman ironworker with Local 433 in Los Angeles. In his current position since 2015, Padgett is responsible for the oversight of Field Operations for all projects across the United States.
