Phil Wirtjes has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Phil is currently working as the Head of Strategy at Enclave Markets since May 2021. Before that, they served as the Sr. Director, Growth at Cohere Health from November 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, Growth & Development at New Century Health from October 2018 to November 2020.

In 2018, Phil worked at Evolent Health in various roles. Phil was the Director, Medicare Partnerships from July 2018 to November 2018, where they led product development and market entry for bundled payments. Before that, they were the Associate Director, Medicare Partnerships from April 2016 to July 2018, focusing on driving growth within risk-bearing ACO partnerships.

Earlier in their career, Phil Wirtjes worked at xG Health as a Senior Associate from April 2015 to April 2016 and as an Associate from July 2014 to April 2015.

Phil Wirtjes completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health Fitness and Community Health at Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, they pursued further education at The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, from 2012 to 2015, earning a dual degree consisting of a Master of Health Administration (MHA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
