Matt Repec has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. Matt started their career as a Professional Baseball Player for the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they transitioned to the technology industry and joined Benefitfocus. Matt held various roles in the company, including Data Analyst, Joint Carrier Testing Analyst, Test Manager, and Manager of Testing Services - Carrier Delivery. Repec's responsibilities included providing strategic leadership, supporting test strategies and plans, providing technical support, defining and implementing test management standards, and managing and mentoring test managers and analysts. In 2018, they joined Enclara Pharmacia as the Sr Manager of Interface Implementation. Matt then progressed to become the Associate Director and is currently serving as the Director of Technology Solution Implementation at Enclara Pharmacia.

Matt Repec completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Winthrop University, a program that spanned from 2002 to 2010. Following this, they pursued further education and recently obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Winthrop University, which they completed between 2021 and 2022. Additionally, Matt obtained a certification in Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Microsoft in August 2022.
