Marcel guides Enclara’s strategic vision around human resources which includes learning and development; compensation and benefits; talent acquisition; HR operations; and talent management. With over two decades of experience in human resources and operations, he has served as a human resources executive at multiple companies across a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, facilities management and energy.

Prior to joining Enclara, he served as the global head of HR for Spectra Hospitality & Entertainment, a division of Comcast Spectacor. He was responsible for more than 25,000 associates, supporting their Advertising Partnerships, Hospitality, and Venue Management divisions across the US, Canada, UAE and Singapore.

At inVentiv Health, Marcel was responsible for leading Human Resources across multiple divisions within the inVentiv Commercial Group. He was responsible for supporting the executive leadership team and divisional presidents of the Selling Solutions and Selling Accelerators divisions as their strategic business partner. In this capacity, he was responsible for sales force optimization, organizational alignment, process improvement, executive talent acquisition, leadership development and engagement.
