Richard Malterre's work experience begins in 2002 when they became a co-owner of Malterre immobilier, a real estate company, until December 2010. In 2008, they also worked as a Business Developper for Stonfield InWorld, where they provided consulting services and implemented websites and virtual environments. From 2008 to 2012, Richard owned and managed NoRulesMedia, an online communications structure focused on brand influence and blogging. In 2012, they became the CEO of Card.biz (later renamed Organigr.am), a startup funded by Kima Ventures. From 2014 to 2018, Richard held various positions at Lonsdale Design, including Digital Business Manager and Digital Business Director, where they led digital strategy and managed key accounts. Starting in 2018, Richard worked as a Digital Experience Director at Landor, leading digital projects for clients such as SNCF, Renault, Kellogg's, and more. In 2021, they joined Landor & Fitch as a Digital Experience Director, and in 2022, they became the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) at Enchanted Tools.
Richard Malterre attended the University of Pau and Adour Countries from 1999 to 2002, where they studied Droit (law). Richard did not complete a degree during this time. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Aerospace Engineering: Astronautics and Human Spaceflight 16:00x from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
