Thierry Green's work experience began in 2013 when they worked as an Engineering Assistant Position III at the City of Ottawa. In 2015, they joined Envirosearch Operations Inc. as a Water/Wastewater Operations Engineer-in-Training until 2016. In 2017, Thierry joined Encepta as an Outside Plant Designer, and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager in 2021. Currently, they are serving as a Manager, Operations at Encepta.

Thierry Green obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Carleton University, where they pursued their education from 2010 to 2014.
