Leopoldo Spinola de Andrade has an extensive work history across multiple industries. Leopoldo began their career at Safra in 2000, where they worked as an Analyst/Manager and was responsible for administering delinquent account collection procedures. Leopoldo then joined Doutor Laser in 2007 as an Operations Manager, overseeing over 20 stores and implementing various employee incentive programs that resulted in increased staff retention and improved profit margins. From 2014 to 2016, Leopoldo worked at Instituto Cultural Sergio Magnani as a Project Coordinator, where they successfully planned, coordinated, and supervised art and culture educational projects targeted towards youth in poverty. In 2019, they became the Operations Manager at Street Kings Dance, where they were responsible for facility management and implementing student recruitment plans that led to a significant increase in revenue. Currently, they are working at Encepta as an Operations Lead, where they have held multiple roles such as Operations Lead I and Office Operations Manager. In these roles, they have streamlined processes, ensured compliance, managed supplier requirements, and analyzed fleet data to optimize operations and increase profitability.
