Grant Baker's work experience includes being a Project Lead at Encepta since August 2022, and previously serving as a Field Specialist from April 2021 to July 2022. Before joining Encepta, they worked as a Professional Hockey Player for Dunaújvárosi Acelbikak from August 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Skills Trainer at Hockey Canada-St. James from October 2018 to August 2019.

Grant Baker obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Economics from Mount Royal University. Grant attended the university from 2014 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Grant has obtained a certification in Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn in October 2022.
