Wei Vivian Liu serves as a Senior Lead Oversight Engineer at Enbridge, managing engineering project teams and overseeing service providers since May 2023. Previously, Liu held various leadership roles at TransCanada from December 2007 to February 2021, including Practice of Engineering Leader for the Liquids Pipelines Business Unit, where leadership of technology innovation and oversight of engineering practices were key responsibilities. Additional positions included Senior Engineering Lead at the Technical Center of Excellence, where strategic direction for corporate design engineering and provision of mechanical design expertise were emphasized, as well as Manager of Business Development and Project Support. Prior experience includes roles at WorleyParsons MEG and Cimarron Engineering as a Mechanical Engineer and Sub-Lead. Liu holds an Executive MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary.
