Justine Sousa, M.Ed, CHRL, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager HR Business Partner at Enbridge Gas since October 2012, following various roles including Sr HR Business Partner and HR Specialist in People Operations. Prior experience includes positions at Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. as HR Learning & Development Associate and Human Resources Associate, as well as serving as Continuing Education Coordinator at Humber College. Justine Sousa holds a Master’s of Education specializing in Organizational Studies from the University of Ottawa, a Human Resources Management Certificate from Humber College, and a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies with a focus on Organizational and Human Resources from Western University.
