Phoebe Howard has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Phoebe most recently worked at Enboarder as an Implementation Manager, where they focused on creating better human connections and building alignment across the employee experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at Enboarder, where they provided solutions to customer issues and demonstrated value through data analysis and collaboration with executives.

Before joining Enboarder, Phoebe worked at the NSW Department of Education for several years. Phoebe served as a Lead, Culture Programs, where they collaborated with staff to deliver culture and wellbeing programs and improve engagement results. Phoebe also held roles as a Senior Learning & Development Project Officer and Culture & Engagement Advisor, where they managed budgets and implemented programs to enhance staff engagement.

Phoebe also gained experience at NSW Health as an Assistant Workplace Relations Advisor, where they supported staff with industrial relations issues and monitored the completion of a new capability development program. Additionally, they worked at the Department of Family and Community Services as an Assistant Project Officer, where they provided support for the Care Leavers Records Access branch during the Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses into Child Sexual Abuse.

Phoebe Howard completed their Bachelor's Degree in Social Science (Development Studies and Culture Change) from Macquarie University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Phoebe later pursued a Graduate Diploma of Development Studies at the University of Sydney from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Phoebe obtained several certifications, including Agile Fundamentals from PM-Partners in May 2021, MBTI Step I and Step II Certification from The Myers-Briggs Company in March 2020, Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in September 2019, and Herrmann Certification (HBDI) from Herrmann Asia in September 2019.
