Kavita Shinde is a highly experienced research scientist currently leading the Lab QA team at Enaltec Labs Pvt Ltd since November 2015, focusing on analytical validation activities, SOP implementation aligned with client audit requirements, and handling QMS documents. Previously, Kavita served as a Senior Executive in Analytical Development Lab at MJ Biotech Private Limited from January 2012 to October 2015. Kavita holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences from Bharati Vidyapeeths College of Pharmacy, completed between 1999 and 2002.
