Joe Jacumin currently serves as the Deputy Corporate Secretary and Securities Counsel at Enact Mortgage Insurance since 2021. Prior to this role, Joe held various positions at TopBuild from September 2015 to May 2021, including Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. With legal experience beginning at Wicraft Law Firm and subsequently at Harvey, Casterline & Vallini, LLP, and Tecklenburg & Jenkins, LLC, Joe has specialized in corporate, real estate, and compliance law. Additionally, Joe served as Senior Counsel at Koch Industries and as a member of the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals. Joe began a career in law after earning a JD from Vermont Law School and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
