Head Of Information Technology Operations at Enact Conveyancing

Luke Ledbrook has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Luke currently holds the position of Head of Information Technology Operations at Enact Conveyancing, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, Luke worked as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Enact Conveyancing from February 2020 to May 2020.

Luke's previous experience includes working at Tenet Group for a significant period of time. Luke started as a Group IT Support Technician in August 2004 and worked their way up to become the Information Technology Support Manager in October 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing the IT support team, ensuring key KPIs and SLAs were met, and acting as a change agent within the organization. Luke also served as the IT Support Team Leader at Tenet Group from July 2011 to October 2017, where they managed a team of technicians, implemented new service desk software, and handled various IT projects.

Before joining Tenet Group, Luke worked as an Information Technology Support Technician at PA Media from September 1999 to August 2004.

Overall, Luke has a strong background in IT support and management, with experience in leading teams, implementing new systems, and ensuring efficient operations within organizations.

Luke Ledbrook attended Selby High School from 1992 to 1997, where they earned 11 GCSEs. Luke then attended Selby College from 1997 to 1999, completing a GNVQ Advanced Information in Information Technology. In 2008, Luke obtained a CMI Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management (QCF) from the Chartered Management Institute. In the same year, they also completed the ITIL Version 3 Foundation Examination from QA-IQ. From 2017 to 2019, Luke studied at Pearson Education Ltd, obtaining a BTEC Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership, as well as a National Vocational Qualification, specifically the Edexcel Level 4 NVQ Diploma in Management.
