Cody Henson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cody began their career as a Sales Associate/Online Sales representative at Hewgley's Music Shop LLC in 2013 and held this role until February 2015. In 2009, Henson worked as a Laborer at Quality Lawn Care, where they gained experience in the landscaping field. In 2015, they joined Professional Account Services Inc. and took on various roles, including Collection Specialist I and II, Self-Pay Coordinator, Collections Supervisor, and Phase One Department Manager. Henson's time at Professional Account Services Inc. lasted from March 2015 to March 2021. Most recently, Henson joined EnableComp in 2021, where they started as an Operations Supervisor and was promoted to Operations Manager in April 2022.

Cody Henson completed their high school education at Mount Pleasant High School from 2008 to 2012. Cody then pursued further education at Columbia State Community College from 2012 to 2014, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, in January 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Healthcare Collector from the National Healthcare Association.
